Tributes to H.R. Giger's Alien-Inspired Works

You've all seen the terrifying, but mesmerizing, design of the kill-machine, “Alien,” in the eponymous film franchise. To a broad artistic audience, the Swiss surrealist H.R Giger will be much missed, as Giger passed away yesterday, at 74, from fatal injuries sustained in a fall. Take a look at Giger's legacy:

Giger Museum

The HR Giger museum is located in the magnificent medieval town of Gruyeres, in the Swiss Alps. The Giger Museum exhibits paintings, film and furniture designs, and sculptures, that date from the early 1960s to today.
