We are talking about the Windows In the Car concept, which uses Mirrorlink, a car connectivity device, allowing your Windows Phone to transform into a mirrored built-in car interface.
 

Microsoft's Windows In the Car concept simply offers more than the Windows smartphone, allowing you to explore your phone while driving. In the demo presentation below, see how you can swipe through Windows' tiles of Xbox radio, Maps, and Spotify.
