This is what happens when you transform an ordinary room into a “Star Trek” room: your house value grows immeasurably. That was the case for the mansion owned by Marc Bell, financier, producer and former CEO of FindeFriends Networks. His mansion turned out to be the most expensive home ever listed in the city of Boca Raton, Florida.
This Mediterranean-style house has 8 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, but, most importantly, there are “Star Trek”-themed rooms and a home theater. In order to have a little bit of something for everyone, there is a “Call of Duty” room, basketball court and 2,000-square-foot ballroom-turned-arcade.
The mansion is priced at $35 million and is for sale.
