Futuristic Home Design Makes Best Use of Space

Many designers are inspired by the past, particulary classical styles and elements from the mid 20th century, but it is the designers with a vision for the future who are creating the next generation of style.

MIT's Cityhome uses and applies inventive elements that are both cutting edge and futuristic. The Cityhome project transforms a small 15'x15' apartment into an all-round amazing space for sleeping, working, dinner parties, etc. All of the necessary furniture is placed within the walls of a box that resembles a multipractical Swiss army knife in design, maximizing the use of an incredibly small space.
