HummingBoard is a Modular Rapsberry Pi

It seems like “modular” is the hot buzzword these days. After Razer introduced Project Christine, its modular, swappable PC system, and Google introduced the customizable Project Ara phone, the trend has reached the PC hobbyist sphere.

The HummingBoard is a modular, customizable Raspberry Pi build that boasts a 1GHZ ARM v7 processor and 512 MB or 1GB of RAM. The specs are irrelevant, though-- each module is swappable for something more  or less powerful.

The base 512MB unit costs $45 (plus $10 for the power adapter), while the 1GB model will set you back $100.
