Observe the Stunning Fusion of Acrobatics, Light, and Sound

When the power of the human body meets the power of modern technology, the result is an amazing immersive performance. Dancer and choreographer Elena Annovi created Ljós, a stunning, natural interaction between light, sound, and her aerial acrobatic moves. Nothing is pre-recorded; light, sound, and acrobat interact with one another in real-time. The effect is created using a Kinect camera that observes Annovi's movements. They are then sent to a program that in turn reacts to the rhythm of the music and projects the image of this fusion onto a wall. Just watch how light vibrates, following Elena's body:
